We strive to keep Killinghtemsoftly’s product in high demand. That being said, each release is limited to ensure each consumer Receives a product with the highest of quality and exclusivity.

Do I get a tracking number with my order?

Each order comes with a Tracking number. The tracking number will be given to you through your email within 1-2 business days after Purchase.


Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we are only fulfilling orders domestically in the U.S. However we will make accommodations for the International orders in the near future.


I made two separate orders today. Can I combine these orders?

Given the flow of operations in our workshop we cannot guarantee the combination of orders.


My product is damaged, how can I get my money back?

If your product is damaged please contact us here. We will require you to send us the damaged product and you will be compensated via store credit or direct refund given the terms at hand.
