Shipping Domestic

Shipping costs will be given via the checkout portal. Each order receives a tracking number. Each order should be received within
3-5 business days. At this time we unfortunately do not offer expedited shipping (One-Two Day) but will in the near future.

Shipping International

International Shipping will be provided with a higher shipping cost than domestic shipping. These orders will also receive a tracking number. International Orders will be received within 5-7 business days.

Returns

All KillingThemSoftly sales are Final. However if you receive a damaged product please contact Andrew at Blacklabelthebiz@gmail You will be required to return your product By mail and will be refunded via in-store credit or direct refund given the situation. If you are unhappy with your Product please contact us within 30 days of purchase. The product must also be unworn and returned to its original packaging for us to consider refund or replacement.
